October, 6th – Joyce Farmer

1970’s California underground cartoonist and co-creator of the tits and clits comics anthology, Farmer will discuss her work in underground comics, her latest graphic novel, Special Exits, and other important topics.

 

October, 13th – Tom Kaczynski

Tom Kaczynski on Trans Terra: Towards a Cartoon Philosophy. Follow the process of the book’s creation. From it’s humble origin as a tiny mini comic, to its lofty goal of reaching something called Cartoon Philosophy. 

 

November, 17th – Bill Griffith

Invisible Ink, Bill Griffith’s first graphic novel is about his mother’s secret affair with a famous cartoonist and how it affected him and his family. Digressions into Zippy and Ernie Bushmillerland may occur.
