Montreal-based cartoonist Tommi Parrish will be at Desert Island Comics in Brooklyn on February 2nd to read from and sign copies of their new graphic novel, The Lie and How We Told It. The Lie tells a deceptively simple story of friends grown apart, who run into one another by chance and spend an evening catching up in color and texture-rich paintings.
