OK, so we got excited when Tony Millionaire's cover art for Elvis Costello's new album National Ransom appeared as an eeny weeny thumbnail on The Colbert Report last week. Well that was just the appetizer to last night's (I suppose inevitable) main course, when Costello was the guest on Colbert's show.
