Despite ever increasing rents, rats, and reduced L service, Brooklyn remains a hot bed of cartooning talent. And to show off that talent, Comics Art Brooklyn returns to the Mt. Carmel Gymnasium in the Williamsburg neighborhood on Saturday, November 5th.
