Sunday, November 9th

Vancouver, BC – Put down your gravy covered hockey sticks and join us at the final Vancouver Comicon of the year! You pay only a pittance to get in ($4), or nothing if you donate school appropriate comic books at the door, and you get to bask in the glow of amazing artists like New York Times Bestselling authors, Simon Hanselmann and Ed Piskor! They're bringing the noise to the West Coast, and bringing their hit books Megahex, and Hip Hop Family Tree with them.

Joining these fine fellows are the Portland team, Joe Keatinge and Leila del Luca, and 'Couv locals Ed Brisson and Steve Rolston.

For over a decade, the Vancouver Comicon has been putting on a series of six one-day shows spread throughout the year, and this is your last chance to get some comic book action before the holiday tummy aches set in, and you need all those comics to keep you company as you spend time with your family. (I'm aware that Canadian Thanksgiving already happened, but you never know when a tummy ache will strike).

Enjoy a fall day finding your new best friend-book this Sunday from 11 am – 5 pm at the lovely Heritage Hall; I'm thinking about booking my wedding there now because it's so dang pretty.
