Former Fallout Records owner and long-time Friend of Fantagraphics (and occasional employee back in the day) Tim Hayes is opening up a bar called Tigertail this next Friday in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. If you know what's good for you, you'll be there. Besides a sake menu and what's sure to be a great jukebox, the works of Daniel Johnston (from Hayes' collection) will be up on display!
